At what severity does medical neglect begin to qualify as abuse of the patient? This is a question nobody should have to ask themself after seeing a doctor for months. It’s not just the doctor, though. NOBODY here listens. Everyone is just waiting for their turn to speak. My chart now has incorrect information in it because the doctor isn’t actually paying attention to what I say, getting hung up on small parts of a big picture, etc. and obsessing over something I said months ago that I haven’t brought up since. What about what I’m saying NOW? The clinic staff have accused me of “doctor shopping” for trying to find a PCP here who isn’t like this, as though being mistreated so severely by every practitioner I have seen so far isn’t justification enough. I’m going to die from medical neglect eventually. My blood will be on their hands. Don’t let them wash it off

It is truly refreshing to find a provider who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring and attentive. Dr. Musleh has been, without a doubt, one of the best healthcare providers I have ever had. Dr. Musleh: This was my first visit to your office there on Worth St. I was blown away by the smiling courteous people I met during my visit. From Jennifer at the front desk, Keisha that did my EKG and Gabby who performed magic in the quickest painless blood draw I’ve ever had!!! And it was. Pleasure meeting you and I thank you for interpreting the Dr. orders to provide the needed information for my pre-op. Thank you!!! Jamison

Very satisfied with the service provided. If you are affiliated with Molina health be warned about reduced or near existence service compared to other health insurance. Should you use PRISM PHARMACY.DONT USE PRISM PHARMACY ON LEMMON AVE.worse service ever received. Never received 2 months worth of medication.. then they would not reimburse for the loss. I tried to purchase lost medication but they tried to overcharge me compared to the dispense coat.. prism pharmacy will lie and cheat. However the staff at Worth Ave clinic do try although I really can't give full opinion as my previous healthcare was outside of the states.

The whole clinic staff is excellent. They make everything easy and fast .Dr Musleh is excellent when I was notified that my usual doctor was no longer there I was a bit scared and worried because I was with her for 2 years but he is a good listener and I m happy once again 😊
